Shipping and Returns
Parcels are generally shipped within 2 days after receipt of payment. They are sent via La Poste, Mondial Relay, or Relais Colis with a tracking number and delivered without a signature.
Parcels can also be shipped via La Poste with signature required. Please contact us before choosing this option, as it involves additional fees.
Whichever shipping method you choose, we will provide you with a tracking link.
Shipping costs include handling, packaging, and postage fees. Handling fees are fixed, while transport costs vary based on the total weight of the parcel.
We recommend grouping all your items in a single order. We cannot combine two separate orders, and reduced shipping fees apply to grouped orders.
Box dimensions are appropriate and your items are well protected.
Special care is given to fragile items.
Delivery is guaranteed: in case of loss or damage, the parcel will be fully refunded.
Domestic shipping: Free delivery to a relay point from €20 (excluding “bikes, frames, rims and wheels” categories).
International shipping: Free from €100 (one frame or pair of wheels per order of €100).
Returns
If the customer changes their mind, returns are accepted within 14 days from the delivery date. Return shipping costs are at the customer's expense.
If the item arrives damaged or does not match the description, the parcel will be fully refunded and the return shipping costs will be covered by us.
