This classic French steel chassis from Grenoble manufacturer Liberia is tailored specifically for 650B wheels, making it an excellent platform for building a traditional French touring bike. Constructed with robust steel tubes, this chassis offers the classic compliance and strength required for loaded cycling and long-distance randonnées. The structural alignment is sound, ready for a period-correct assembly.

Technical Advantages & Frame Geometry

Engineered for stability under load, the geometry features a 58 cm seat tube combined with a 57.5 cm top tube. With an over-locknut dimension (OLD) of 122mm, this rear triangle accommodates vintage multi-speed touring hubs. Crucially, the bottom bracket shell is tapped with a standard 35x100 French thread, and the matching fork steering column is threaded to 25X100, requiring period-correct French-standard headsets and bottom brackets.
